How to access
Can I receive Paper Statement Deliveries?
Yes, however statements and trade confirmations are usually sent via e-delivery (email) at no cost. If an e-delivery doesn't go through (for example, because your inbox is full or the email gets caught in spam), you'll be switched to paper delivery automatically.
Here are the fees for paper delivery
- $5 per monthly statement
- $2 per trade confirmation
Paper delivery will keep going until you choose to switch back to e-delivery on the platform.
