How to Access Your Tax Documents

If you had a taxable event during the calendar year, such as selling stock or receiving dividends or interest, you will get a consolidated Form 1099 tax document from Apex Clearing, our clearing firm. You can access this document through the Aries Client Center.

How to access documents

You can access your tax forms in a few different ways once they're ready. When available, you can find them here, or by following the instructions below:

Aries Infinite (Web)

1. Click the Profile Icon in the top right and click Deposit Funds to open the Client Center
2. Click the E-Documents tab in the top navigation bar
3. Select the Statement Documents sub-tab (it will highlight in green when active)
4. You'll see your statements listed below
5. Use the Statement Year dropdown to select the year
6. Click Download PDF next to any date to download that statement

Aries Mobile

1. Click the Settings Gear in the top right and click E-Documents
2. Select the Statement Documents sub-tab (it will highlight in green when active)
3. You'll see your statements listed below
4. Use the Statement Year dropdown to select the year
5. Click Download PDF next to any date to download that statement

Document delivery

We'll notify you by email when tax documents are available. Documents are provided electronically by default.

Keep in mind

Corrected tax forms may be issued if adjustments are needed. Always use the most recent version when filing.
